A deposit of six weeks rent must be paid for each property let. This money must be paid before move in and is then registered with a government approved scheme. Country and Coastal Lettings use The Deposit Protection Service but you might find that Private landlords use a different scheme.

At the End of Your Tenancy

We will contact you after you have moved out of the property a we have carried out your check out.  This allows us to discuss any issues that might have arisen or hopefully and, more often than not, to inform you that the full deposit will be returned to you. The DPS will then send you an email which you need to respond to.
